After hiking to Bears Lake, we decided to head to Alberta Falls. Immediately after beginning the hike, however, we started to have our doubts. We hiked downhill for several minutes and knew we'd have to hike back UP HILL at the end! =)
Again, another picture of my boys on the way to The Falls. I don't have to say again how great of a trooper Brode was but he truly "hung in there" the whole way there!
We offered to take a picture of a family on the hike, so they returned the favor for us. Here we are - almost to the top of The Falls!
Brode was so impressed by the water and wanted to touch it and play in it. Having no fear, our son showed us time and time again that he would walk right in the water or off a cliff if we weren't watching. That said, we never let him down OR out of our sight!! =)
We made it to our final destination! Didn't I tell you the view was breath-taking? For all of you outdoorsy people, we would recommend the Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park. There is plenty to do and plenty to see.
