First Haircut

Brode had his first haircut on July 10, 2009! He has lots of hair but more importantly lots of curls!! We didn't want to cut off all of his baby curls, so we only went in for a trim. 
Here's our big boy, getting his first haircut! Although he didn't know what was going on, he sat very still. He would hold a comb or look at himself in the mirror. Annie, our hairstylist up North, did an excellent job! =)
Of course, we had to help distract Brode a little bit... How did we do it? By giving him a piece of red licorice! He just chomped away and before he knew it, he was done!
