Brode: Brenham! (this is where we used to live)

Mom: Where does Jesus live?

Brode: In Heaven!

Mom: Where does Brode live?

Brode: Texas!

Conversation #2 (This happened while jumping on the trampoline)

Brode: Ah! Lady bug! You scared me! Holy cow!!

Mom: Where'd you hear "holy cow" from buddy?

Brode: Um... Colorado, Maybe?

*When I asked him again, he proceeded to tell me he actually heard it from the movie Cars.

Conversation #3 (This happened at Giggles n Jump - place with jumping castles/slides)

"That big slide scared my heart! My heart is going pitter patter, pitter patter!!"

Conversation #4 (This happened after getting back from the store. I had handed Brode a new toothbrush)

"Oh! This is for my birthday?? Thank you so very much Mommy!!"

*If I knew that was all he wanted, I could've saved myself some money!

Conversation #5 (This happened when Daddy went to give Brode a kiss goodnight in his bed)

Brode: Daddy? What you eating?

Daddy: Peaches, buddy.

Brode: Oh. I don't like peaches. Eat something different next time!

*Whenever we go up to kiss him goodnight, he can smell whatever we just ate on our breath! He usually guesses it right EVERY time!!!
