My parents just celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary this month. As any couple would, they've enjoyed the 'ups' and have endured the 'downs.' They have set such a great example for us to follow and we are truly grateful to have them in our lives.
Mom & Dad, you have showed us what it's like to stand by each other's sides, through thick and thin. You have literally placed your lives on hold in order to see us through our hopes, dreams, and pursuits. You have always placed your children first, but have still made time for each other... a remarkable trait.
Your support for each other, encouragement, love and respect, and ability to compromise for each other are only a handful of qualities we admire in you. Your choice to place Christ first in your marriage is obvious by the way you live each day. Your choice to stay true to your vows 34 years ago is an honorable trait, one which we take pride & joy in.
Thank you for being the man & woman you are today. Thank you for being a good husband & wife. Thank you for being a good father & mother. Amongst all those things, you are now our friends and we love you. Happy Anniversary!!!
