Well, since we were unable to go home for Thanksgiving, we decided to have our own little Thanksgiving dinner by ourselves. SO we bought a hen, which Andy cleaned out, stuffed, and baked all by himself! I have to admit, it grossed me out. I made cookies, green bean casserole, and jello!! =) We had quite the feast, considering there was only two of us eating... BUT we had a lot of fun baking and cooking together. We were finally able to spend quality time together, since he had the day off! So here are pictures of the bird, before and after... Andrew did awesome and it tasted delicious! =)After dinner, we - once again - took Brode to the park. He loves to swing and it was a beautiful day out yesterday. So, here are a few pictures of my boys swinging in the sunlight... All-in-all, we enjoyed our Thanksgiving.
