We had free passes to the Strategic Air and Space Museum this morning so we took advantage of it. The boys were immediately amazed at how "big" everything was. Eyes wide, they walked around asking questions and observing the large aircrafts. I, personally, wish I had more time to myself so I could read all about these aircrafts and what each was specifically used for.
My Grandpa had flown a B24 Bomber in WWII so I couldn't help but wonder what he would've been thinking as we walked through the museum. Brode proudly told me that we had to fight in the war so America would be safe. So many memories, stories, heartaches, and reunions. If only the aircrafts could speak for themselves...
