"Bye-Bye Dadda!"

Daddy usually tries to make it home for lunch during the school day. Unfortunately, it's not for very long so Brode is always asking him to stay or wanting to go himself. To be honest, it's quite sad watching him get disappointed when Daddy says it's time to go. 

Well, the other day Brode had been asking me for a cookie since breakfast! I kept saying, "wait until after lunch, baby." And he did... well lunch had come and gone. Then it dawned on him that he didn't get his cookie, so he asks me one more time. This time, I say, "wait till Daddy leaves and I'll get you your cookie." And what does Brode say, "Bye-Bye Dadda!!"
